Half-Day Hospital Support
Up to 4 hours of in-person support for hospital visits, including hospital navigation, basic English interpretation support, and appointment assistance.
Booking deposit: USD 70. Deducted from final service fee.
Full Visit Support
Extended patient support including pre-visit preparation, in-person assistance, hospital coordination, and follow-up support where needed.
Booking deposit: USD 100. Deducted from final service fee.
Additional Fees May Apply: transportation, after-hours support, extended waiting time, and extra document translation.
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled service. Deposits may be partially non-refundable for late cancellations.
